Where do I see my things?

Balance, top-ups, usage and receipts belong to the app itself — you'll see them where you sign in, not here.

Valko isn't open to the public yet. Until it is, valko.ai is the front door: it takes waitlist requests and nothing more. If you're already using an early build and can't find something, write to us and we'll look it up by hand.

Protofac and Siynergia work the same way when they open.

BRIGADIR keeps your projects, your team and your billing together in one portal. Sign in there with the account that owns the company.

Your subscription — plan, state, renewal date — and the link to your cards and invoices are being added to the portal's own settings now. They aren't there yet: ask us in the meantime and we'll tell you exactly where your subscription stands.

The portal is in Bulgarian.

A consultation or an engineering engagement bought here is a one-off purchase. We don't open an account for you, so there's nothing to sign into — and nothing to lose the password to.

Your receipt and the compliance document Bulgarian law requires for the sale are emailed to the address you paid with, as soon as the payment clears. That email is the record. Keep it — or ask us and we'll send it again.

Cards and invoices are handled by Stripe, not by us — your card details never touch our servers. Self-service there opens with the shop; until then, email us and we'll send you whatever you need.
